Last week it was Chicago, covering the Data Center Decisions conference. I managed to deliver a keynote speech without incident, do a video about all of the junk companies were giving away at the conference and get chapter three of the data center efficiency book published.
This week it’s Santa Fe, New Mexico for the Uptime Institute’s data center design Charrette 2007. This is going to be great because Santa Fe rules, Uptime knows how to throw an event, and the kickoff is at the Santa Fe museum of Fine Arts tonight.
Despite only being home for about 4 days in between, I did manage to sneak off into the Coast Range wilderness on a Chinook salmon fishing odyssey. I’ll be writing about it on the plane today.
