Just finished reading The Keep, but F. Paul Wilson, and enjoyed it. I’ve seen his books all over Borders, and it the mass market paperbacks look like your run of the mill Stephen King knock-off, but Wilson is damn entertaining. This book was actually published thirty years ago! You can find the whole text on Google Books:
I found my copy at a used bookstore in Tillamook, OR, but rarely see Wilson’s books on the paperback graveyard. Funny enough, they made a cheesy movie out of it:
Speaking of cheesy… I cued up City of the Living Dead in Netflix last night, and only made it through about 10 minutes before walking away from it bored. Then Katie was still sitting on the couch with headphones trying to study when she looked up and watched a woman barf up her intestines or something, before being eaten by a zombie.
